• Designed and developed a centralized and extensible framework from the ground up that enables

seamless interactions with hundreds of first and third-party smart home devices.

• Implemented a bridge and managed requests between Typescript front-end and Java back-end API

using Kotlin and internal Google tools to support 5 million daily Google Home users.

• Formulated design documents for error handling and successfully implemented them, reducing debugging time for Google Home APIs by 50%.

improve Alexa’s internal testing framework’s reliability and speed across all Alexa teams.

• Constructed a centralized platform using Java, Spring, and SQL to manage NLU data and improve visibility for errors, and implemented a dashboard using React.js to display insightful metrics.

• Contributed to the reduction of system downtime, outages, high-priority tickets (Sev 2s), and on-call

issues across various Alexa teams by decreasing on-call pages by 33%.
