• Designed and developed a centralized and extensible framework from the ground up that enables
seamless interactions with hundreds of first and third-party smart home devices.
• Implemented a bridge and managed requests between Typescript front-end and Java back-end API
using Kotlin and internal Google tools to support 5 million daily Google Home users.
• Formulated design documents for error handling and successfully implemented them, reducing debugging time for Google Home APIs by 50%.
• Communicated between engineers, project managers, and UI/UX designers to meet customer needs by
integrating back-end functionality into the redesign of the user interface.
• Created unit, integration, end-to-end, and manual tests through an emulator to ensure features function
independently and as part of the entire system, resulting in a minimum test coverage of over 90%
