I owned the localization pipeline for business messaging products and horizontal programs collaborating across teams (content and design in Figma, translation in proprietary CAT tool, and engineering) to improve localization processes and deliver accurate and engaging localized content.

My focus was to optimize program efficiency through cross-team initiatives, especially on the side of data capturing and analytics.

Content optimization via testing was an area I spent creative energy in, as well as strategic planning of resource allocation.

I drove the global expansion strategy across teams in the Amazon Ads ecosystem, launching new languages and marketplaces for our ads products. I also managed process optimization with a focus on prototyping new tools, leveraging ML techniques in localization, and streamlining translation workflow.

I work on R&D initiatives engaging internal and external ASR scientific community. Is that all? Not a chance. Our team generates, collects, and acquires data to train and test machine learning models and I make sure we have all the tools and processes to run efficient operations. When we don't have them, I get creative to come up with solutions.

My main stakeholders are in science, device development, product management, QA, vendors, legal, and finance. A lot, because supporting Alexa and Echo devices international expansion demands high level cross-team integration.
