Partnered with leadership to establish the Eventbrite India Development Center, serving as the first product hire in the India Marketplace. Scaled the India product function from inception, leading the end-to-end hiring and strategic onboarding of India product leaders while establishing shared standards, mentorship and a vibrant PM community.

• Building products that help creators and attendees resolve issues independently, especially in high-volume and time-sensitive scenarios
• Shipped AI-powered support, self-serve and trust experiences that guide users through complex problems with predictable enforcement and human escalation when needed
• Built an AI-assisted enforcement and abuse detection platform replacing manual moderation, integrating multi-channel signals into a centralized, auditable decision engine and reducing enforcement latency to near real-time
• Delivered context-aware customer journeys and tiered support experiences, ensuring users receive help aligned to their situation and needs rather than one-size-fits-all support.
• Work closely with engineering, design, TPM, operations, sales, finance, legal, and leadership to take products from problem framing through delivery, while mentoring PMs along the way.
