• Selected from a pool of thousands of candidates to work closely with leaders of RippleMatch’s Leadership Team

• Leveraged various growth strategies and tools including social media, email marketing, presentations, and peer and faculty member networking to grow the user base and awareness on campus

• Strategically assessed growth and performance metrics to improve, change and/or help design new growth strategies

• Created an open source guide and integration code to forward Cloud Monitoring alerts to third party applications using Pub/Sub

• Developed a Flask app in Python to log alerts, APIs to send alerts to Philips Hue and JIRA, & cont. deployment with Terraform

• Enhanced scalability by documenting the app in a Google Cloud community guide so customers can write custom integrations

• Created a web app to view and edit user groups and resources, used as the central user permission interface for privileged users

• Developed frontend with React/DevExtreme, API endpoints in Python/FastAPI and PyMongo/MongoDB, deployed using Docker

• Integrated user authentication (synced with an internal authentication server) so only privileged users can access the application

• Migrated 7 UI components to a new Javascript framework so businesses can more efficiently build customer service chatbots
