Design and accessibility lead for a consumer facing lending app and a B2B business

intelligence platform live in 250+ institutions across 15+ OLB platforms, used by

750k+ users. Managed one junior designer.

Designed several new features (score widget, credit report, offer calculators) and a

new product category which resulted in 30x increase in user engagement, high

usability scores, enhanced product value, exponential sales volume.

Introduced design methods in product development processes, set up an accessible

design system, and instituted brand, marketing and content guidelines. In addition, helped with defining product features, planning roll-outs and conducting business analysis to better inform product decisions.

Designed interactions and interfaces for Pathways - a collaborative table-top interface for system biologists for active exploration, modeling and fitting simulations. Explored the design space of shape-changing interfaces as an input-feedback-output modality and for input and feedback mechanisms.
