Primarily continued to serve as a one-off, internal, cross-company design consultant, helping with or identifying new Human Experiences and profitability improvements and/or opportunities regardless of organization or business unit.
Independently assessed numerous complex initiatives to identify opportunities for enhancing Human Experiences, creating materials such as sketches, flows, wireframes, and presentations to facilitate executive project approval. Built, led, and supported design project teams until they operated independently.
UNIFIED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – Dell's Human-Centric Optimization
I designed a Human Experience (HX) solution leveraging a suite of advanced AI-powered engines—including Profile, Intent, Relevancy, Content, and Layout. Unified Customer Experience (UCX) identifies and delivers the most relevant information, insights, and prioritized actions to each user interacting with Dell’s digital platforms. This fully automated, self-learning system consistently improves its performance, significantly reducing the need for manual support while providing personalized and optimized experiences for every individual. UCX remains my most impactful contributions to enhancing human experience.
ALIENWARE INCARNATION – The Future of Alienware
This document outlines a proposed vision and strategy for leveraging the convergence of AI, ChatGPT, AR/VR, 5/6G, and edge processing technologies to transform desktop and laptop experiences for Dell and the broader industry. By implementing personalized AIs supported by near real-time data transmission and cloud processing, it is anticipated that advancements in AR could progress, potentially reducing costs and increasing adoption rates. Alienware Incarnation describes an integrated on- and offline experience for personal and business use, enabled by a unique incarnation AI tailored to represent each user.

ATHENA – Sales CMS: Proactive Delivery of Relevant Data at the Right Time and Place
I designed the initial proof of concept (PoC) for UCX, named Athena, employing multiple AI-driven engines to determine contextually appropriate and effective materials for each unique situation. The platform integrates various data sources—including product and service documentation, sales employee performance and history, client profiles, and anticipated needs—allowing it to dynamically generate, refine, and deliver materials most likely to achieve high-value outcomes for all humans involved.
Notable Achievements:
• First designer in the organization to attain the title of Distinguished Member of Technical Staff Designer
• First designer in the organization to serve as a Patent Committee Reviewer and Judge

DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM SIMPLIFICATION – Consolidating 2,400+ Dell websites into a unified Dell.com
I designed a unique solution using a universal retail mental model and consistent site layout, allowing all Dell sales, marketing, support, and other sites to adopt a single-page architecture. The AI engine then delivers personalized content, functionality, and design for every user type through this unified approach.
Though combining our four primary sales sites was deemed impossible initially, all sites except Dell.com are now scheduled for updating and/or deprecation as efficiently as possible.
Notable Achievements:
• First designer in the organization to attain the title of Sr Principal Designer
