• Metric Definition Language (MDL) is a domain-specific language in the Experimentation Platform (ExP) team at Microsoft, which is used to define metrics for an A/B experiment.

• Worked across teams on WhatsApp Business API and completed 3 full-stack projects in 10 weeks.

• Enabled current and generic phone number display name appeals in 3 entry points in WhatsApp Manager and Customer Care. Built display name changes and limit experience.

• Those tools have been receiving 500+ requests monthly for the features that I build.
