• Owned and managed hundreds of concurrent digital assets end-to-end in
an agile live operations environment
• Monitored team workload and project resources for 15 designers across
10 separate workstreams, mitigating risks while providing stakeholders
routine audits of project status, budgets, and dependencies.
• Overhauled communication channels to streamline and centralize
feedback between Directors of Global Brand Marketing and Design
leads to ensure priorities are met and all parties are aligned on project
goals.
• Lead interdepartmental coordination between 50+ stakeholders within

support live content and player facing assets.
