Routable is a B2B SaaS payments platform built to make bill payments and mass payouts fast and seamless.

• Led design efforts across 4 product teams, launching products that significantly enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

• Designed a risk mitigation feature that identifies fraudulent vendors, safeguarding our clients' thousands of dollars in payments from malicious actors.

• Designed a tax management tool automating vendor tax data collection for thousands, cutting time-on-task, reducing penalties, and establishing Routable as the definitive source for vendor tax information.

• Helped design the Enterprise Approval Rules feature, helping hundreds of clients automate their bill approval process to pay out their vendors faster.

• Through the Routable Customer Council initiative, created research briefs, led research sessions, sourced relevant customers, and synthesized research findings to enrich team’s understanding of user expectations, validate pre-shipped designs, and enhance team’s understanding of customer profiles.

• Surveyed the design team for project data needs and advocated for the implementation and education of FullStory, addressing gaps in understanding customer interactions and enhancing insights for a 9-person design team.

• Introduced key components to the design system and helped maintain project consistency across the design team by recommending the appropriate components to use.

• Redesigned the E2E KYC/KYB onboarding flow, resulting in a significant reduction in customer onboarding time, support tickets, TTV, and failed verifications from 3rd party.

• Designed a Google Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, enabling organizations to have stronger control of their employee access.

• Designed a custom roles feature, providing granular user access controls and enhancing customer productivity with streamlined, focused task execution.

• Helped with logistics, testing, and launch of the Routable Customer Council initiative, enabling EPD teams to cultivate strong and lasting relationships with existing customers.

Chargify (is now Maxio) automates your billing, subscription management, revenue and expense recognition, and SaaS analytics.

• Led 2 product teams as the lead designer, spearheading the design of key features that increased the win rate of large opportunities that enabled B2B SaaS up-market movement.

• Helped establish and manage the Beta User Program, conducting user interviews, creating feedback surveys, and closely monitoring analytics to enhance the product teams' understanding of customer behavior.

• Educated stakeholders through in-depth presentations about product design, UX research methods, and best collaboration practices, facilitating better alignment and decision-making across the company.
