Built a weather stats service from scratch using Rust, AWS, Docker, and Kotlin.

As part of a three-person team, I spearheaded a capstone project in collaboration with Honda, leveraging Python programming to automate test report generation.

• Developed a Python program complemented by a batch file to automate the extraction of crucial data from Excel files and images

• Utilized Python libraries such as python-pptx and openpyxl to facilitate seamless data extraction and formatting within report documents

• Successfully replaced manual report creation processes, saving Honda over 200 man-hours annually and eliminating human errors inherent in manual report generation

• Created and deployed Python scripts using multithreading/parallelism to efficiently extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources

• Managed multiple projects in a collaborative environment, tracking and documenting work progress using Jira while expanding overall understanding of scripting and distributed systems

• Pioneered expansion of the Python codebase, quickly learning frameworks such as Pandas to integrate advanced data manipulation

• Implemented automated logging/reporting using Python, and documentation using Confluence

• Analyzed and evaluated code of 20 students on a weekly basis

• Broke down and explained programming concepts

• Taught students C programming
