Working on Creator Tools to enable the creation of audiobooks narrated with Virtual Voices (Text-to-Speech).

Worked on the Body Labs team, a former startup acquired by Amazon. Worked on an ETL workflow for labeling and storing training data with quality metadata. Also helped with the launch of a "Made For You T-Shirt" feature by building a highly secure data storage service using S3.

Then, I transitioned to the Product Graph team within the Personalization organization at Amazon. The team mainly focused on using NLP to extract structured annotations from product descriptions. I worked on various projects, the most significant being leading the development of a remediation workflow using Step Functions and Spark to identify and correct ML prediction errors across millions of 3P products, maintaining a minimum accuracy of 90%. I designed the workflow to grow from one user to hundreds of annotators(Knowledge Associates) collaborating on a React front-end app to craft rules to remove bad predictions.

Developed various features to reduce friction for developers creating Alexa-enabled devices, including an extensible email notification service, a feature to enable different capabilities per device type (over 7k devices used this feature within 6 months of launch), and a 3P Alexa device search feature.

Worked on a Marklogic/Java based web app that helps manage and structure large quantities of data.

• Used .NET, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML and SQL Server

• Used JQuery heavily, as well as AJAX and HTTPHandlers in order to make the website more dynamic and responsive.

• Wrote a few small programs in order to automate the process of updating large amounts of data in the database.
