Senior HR Leader for Alexa AI and Information. The employee base is a combination of tech, science, non-tech and operations and is based out of US, Canada, EU and India.
Talent Management
• Analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, performance and retention
• Org design, succession planning and skills assessment
• Plan for and arrest attrition/retention risks and create action plans to proactively retain talent
• Present insights and lead quarterly talent reviews at VP level
Strategic Planning
• Conceptualize forward thinking solutions based on understanding of business strategy and vision
• Understand business need, assess talent pipeline, create communication plans, get leadership buy-in, re-deploy impacted employees through multiple re-organizations globally
• Design and implement HR programs, ensuring relevance to the business supported and are alignment with corporate HR policies and processes and budgets
Leadership Development
• Provide coaching to develop leaders through regular 1-1s, skip-level and round table conversations with the team
• Act as stewards of the employee experience and Amazon “culture keepers” and facilitate new leader assimilation for new leaders
• Coach Directors to foster a culture of raising the talent bar in AI
