I take the findings of my analytical studies, help the client to implement test protocols and process changes, and leverage technology to increase efficiencies in current operations. I identify potential operational problems and develop multiple actionable options for strategic leaders to mitigate risks and maintain competitiveness. I have integrated software and applications that are used throughout the organization’s eCommerce operations. I have the distinction of leading initiatives that are projected to increase revenues by over $26 million annually thanks to implementing process improvements.
I led the initiative by collaborating with multiple vendors, leveraging agile principles for execution and expanded the feature set through complex API integrations.
