• Developed a package in Python and Bash to aid scientist-run satellite simulations for gravity sensing instruments. Designed pipeline and implemented server-client functionality to non-intrusively parse data in real time and store in an InfluxDB database.
• Package will be used to monitor multiple simulators by communicating through a socket interface and will allow user interaction through data queries and time-series visualizations of database.
• Identified two strong candidates against castration resistant prostate cancer with low toxicity, high efficacy, and long half-life from nine chalcone drug compounds.
• Hypothesized the mechanism using immunohistochemistry to validate a proteomic dataset.
