• Developed a package in Python and Bash to aid scientist-run satellite simulations for gravity sensing instruments. Designed pipeline and implemented server-client functionality to non-intrusively parse data in real time and store in an InfluxDB database.

• Package will be used to monitor multiple simulators by communicating through a socket interface and will allow user interaction through data queries and time-series visualizations of database.

• Building and optimizing Named Entity Recognition (NER) models to extract information about drug description and mechanism from texts.

• Improving machine learning analyses comparing large batches of drugs to discover and develop novel drug candidates.
