I’m currently a product designer for Horizon Worlds Discovery and Messaging in Meta Reality Labs, where I define the communication standards, invent VR interactions, explore 3D navigation patterns, and look at the intersection of people, space, and technology.

While on Facebook Marketplace, I worked on Marketplace's main feed - discovery and optimization efforts.

Prior on FB ads, I drove the vision and set the CX standard for Ads on Facebook Marketplace, Boosted Listings, and Boosted Jobs. My work on optimizing ad formats increased ad revenue by more than $300k per day.

Led the redesign of two critical AWS products, Support Center and Trusted Advisor, emphasizing self-service, monitoring, and optimization of AWS environments.

Led a team of designers to establish the strategic framework for the Virtual Agent Chat Platform, incorporating Conversation Design principles for post-purchase and customer service interactions. Developed a comprehensive Conversation Design System for platform-wide use. Led innovation teams, increasing self-service from 32% to 84%.
