Implemented encrypted content specification section for music streaming platform on Alexa devices:
• Extended Alexa codebase to fit music streaming platform’s encrypted content requirements
• Performed integration testing with Alexa media player team to test music playback on Alexa devices
Implemented full-stack application for an Alexa log parser tool:
• Designed and developed frontend that parses Alexa device and cloud logs to diagnose issues with Alexa features
• Created a live state machine editor for engineers to create their own workflows
• Utilized AWS technologies such as S3, SQS, and DynamoDB to communicate with the frontend
• Collaborated with three different Alexa teams to implement features on the webpage

• Implemented a full natural language processing pipeline with OpenNLP’s Document Categorizer and Named Entity Recognition to extract dates, terms, length, and other parameters from business contracts documents
• Trained models with hundreds of contract documents to achieve 80% accuracy in identifying parameters
• Utilized Deeplearning4j’s Paragraph Vectors to identify clauses (such as warranty, liability, etc.) within each contract
• Integrated the pipeline into production for automated processing of business contract documents
• Reduced time taken to find key terms from a contract by hand from over 5 minutes to only 2 seconds using the models

• Developed Android application that controls groups of smart LEDs within a WiFi network
• Utilized CoAP protocol to communicate back and forth and retrieve various data from LEDs (IoT)
• Created Multicast Discovery system to discover all LEDs within a network and assign them to specific groups
• Implemented Material Design, including TabLayout, Toolbar, CardView, Seekbar, NavigationView, etc. with full functionality
