Led implementation of new initiative to support development of Live Nation artists’ careers by setting strategic direction for new service offerings and overseeing project management and analysis of campaigns.
Key Achievements:
• Evaluated market opportunities and assessed Live Nation’s suite of assets and partners to define new service offerings that distinguished Live Nation as an industry-leading artist marketing platform.
• Implemented B2B communication plan to drive awareness amongst Live Nation clients and broader music industry. Grew volume of campaigns executed by Artist Services by 50% in four months.
• Oversaw project management of Artist Services programs, coordinating across multiple stakeholders to plan and implement marketing campaigns and working closely with artist teams on content development to maximize awareness and engagement.
• Defined internal and external KPIs and reporting tools to track growth of program and impact on broader organization. Improved email open rates by 15% and lowered social media cost per engagement by 25% for Artist Services content.

Built a $45M annual portfolio as the partnerships lead at Facebook for major entertainment and sports organizations, consulted key partners (i.e. Live Nation, NFL, HBO) on harnessing new technology, especially mobile, to grow their businesses. Spearheaded end-to-end strategic planning for partners including conducting market assessment and competitive analysis, product road mapping and revenue forecasting.
• Envisioned and executed a flywheel concept for portfolio defined by product adoption, revenue growth and new product development. Successful execution resulted in 400% increase in revenue, the launch of four large-scale consumer and advertiser products and played key part in shifting partners from traditional to mobile-first strategy.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop four new consumer and advertiser products, used by 550M+ people globally on a monthly basis and drove 150% increased partner site traffic and 2x online conversions. Contributed to full cycle product development from conception to launch.
• Developed strong executive-level relationships that established Facebook as a mission-critical partner by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate, providing meaningful insights and consulting on impact/evolution of media landscape. Counseled partners through the implementation new marketing stacks to support identity based ad-serving and measurement.
• Consulted Live Nation on the creation of a new Media division, advising on talent /organization structure and technology and providing insights to help them better understand their customers, develop better content and distribution strategies and impact their bottom line.
• Partnered with Ticketmaster leadership to form a strategic alliance to redefine TM’s approach to marketing and the customer experience bringing together product innovation and scaled investments to drive maximum brand and product awareness, seamless mobile-driven conversion and ultimately growth in customer ROI and LTV.
