I have started a new role as Associate Designer for Gifting and Keepsakes at Pottery Barn Kids in the Decorative Accessories Product Development Department.

Within my role I will be owning designing keepsake and gifting product with innovation, sustainability, and heirloom quality in mind. I will be joining the PBK Toy Development team, lending my design eye and attention to detail to make the Toys, Gifting, and Keepsake categories at Pottery Barn Kids the best yet!

Expanding my role as Associate Designer for Potter Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen. Supporting both the kids and teen product development teams, communicating with vendors, checking color, approving final samples, owning licensing approvals, managing personalization specs, training coordinators, and helping to move the product development pipelines for both kids and teen brands.

Designed seasonal hardline decor for Pottery Barn Kids. My design experience includes designing and creating specs for canopies, hardline advent calendars, ornaments, felted decor, jewelry boxes, garlands, mobiles, and licensed projects.

• Assisted in the product design, mock-up, development and completion of samples in such categories as Nursery and Kids Toys, softline table top, wall decor, lighting, and licensed product from 2017 to present

• Owned product design in such categories as softline canopies, licensed Disney and Marvel ornaments, and Jewelry Box Designs

• Maintained important deadlines for such milestones as Spec Out, PO Due Dates and Approval due dates in PLM

• Owned all sample management for Product Development teams in the Dec Acc Division.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams for important meetings such as First Concept, Final Concept and Final Line Review.

• Mediated communication between designers and overseas vendors in PLM

• Lead licensing approvals and submissions with collaboration partners such as Warner Brothers, MLB, Beatrix Potter, Peanuts, and Disney.

• Owned calendars for all Dec Acc and Merchant teams, presenting product in PD meetings and keeping all sample trackers up to date

• Awarded Designer of the Month December 2017, February 2018, June 2018, June 2020, February 2021, September 2021, October 2021

• Responsible for the sample management for the Men's Team at Gap Factory HQ including receiving, tracking, unpacking, requesting, and organizing new samples.

• Following up with oversees vendors to order missing samples.

• Working with the Inventory Management Team to complete promotional and markdown entry.

• Collecting samples for presentations of major Hindsight meetings.

• Multi-tasking special projects from cross-functional teams within the Men's Division including Visual, Design, Production, and Inventory Management.

• Assist merchants in the developing, production, and completion of upcoming seasons for the Gap Factory Men's Line.

• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising team to meet deadlines.
