• Defined and led the foundational strategy for Salesforce’s AI AppDev initiative from zero to pilot launch. Partnered with executive leadership to secure funding by facilitating multi-org workshops to envision how AI might improve our customer’s time to value when trying new Salesforce technologies.

• Created a design narrative and user journey maps to align engineering, PM, and executives around phased product delivery.

• Introduced lightweight design ops practices (e.g., pod model, async feedback loops) to improve velocity and eliminate team bottlenecks.

• Drove alignment and trust across teams by facilitating conversations between design systems, AI teams, and Platform to ensure we were building the right thing — not just building it right.

Helped reimagine Salesforce's partner ecosystem business and marketplace strategy. Expanded to new ecosystems and improved tooling for our growing ISV partnerships. Increased time to value metrics for customers discovering, testing, and purchasing solutions from AppExchange.

Drove product discovery, planning, research, and execution for integration features between Quip and Salesforce. Helped the team formulate key customer use cases to formulate a 3-5 long range planning. Projects had high revenue impact and customer demand. With help of PM, I helped the group determine how to break up the epic sized work into project sized pieces. Managed direction and projects for two junior designers on project team. Help aligned two complex design systems to optimize for new users coming from Salesforce.

Worked closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver new features for Financial Services Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud. Lead customer discovery and feedback workshops to drive roadmap priorities and enhancements. These sessions also led to valuable journey maps and persona outputs. Took vague product requirements and developed wireframes, high fidelity mock ups, and coded prototypes.
