• Interned in the Security flow team responsible for handling flow related functionalities for Juniper's flagship SRX firewall devices.
• Designed and developed a trace mechanism system which leveraged the existing debuggability feature.
• The project aimed at combining traces from multiple modules, filtering it and sending to Control plane from Data plane (forwarding plane).
• The traces were viewable from command line terminal and stored in a file mounted on filesystem.
• This reduced the efforts involved in debugging by providing a centralized view of traces ( in Control Plane) from all modules on the Packet forwarding Engine.
