As a product design consultant within a three-person design team, we worked with the early-stage startup, Read by Jane, to infer a market fit and business opportunity, develop and expand an MVP feature set, and understand the prospective user.

• Conducted user research studies to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors leading to strategic and actionable product decisions

• Analyzed business goals and opportunities through competitive/comparative analysis and heuristic analyses

As the sole visual designer at Ease, I was accountable for advocating for design across the company, building design processes and timelines, and contributing to strategic design decisions in collaboration with executive leadership. My responsibilities included:

• Developed the identity guidelines and design system, promoting its adoption to bring consistency and support to all departments

• Produced high-quality visual design, from concept to implementation, in collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams

• Collaborated with engineering to redesign Ease's website for a ReactJS Framework, providing quality assurance checks throughout development to ensure a high-quality launch

As a designer within the global creative team, I was responsible for all stages of design, thinking strategically while executing objectives and demonstrating great attention to detail. My work at Mercer included:

• Partnered with Executive Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to develop the Voice on Growth brand and website, championing for the user in every design decision whilst meeting business goals ultimately seeing 400k+ new subscribers within two months of launch

• Collaborated with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Editors, and Clients to produce high-quality designs and campaigns, from concept to implementation, across diverse media (digital, print, environmental)
