• Revamped ACX.com’s Sales Overview, where 140K+ creators see actionable sales insights, bringing at-a-glance visualization of sales over time, a ~50% reduction in data latency, robust filtration options, data quality improvements, and new marketplace insights to guide content and marketing decisions.
• Launched financial statements portal for 5K+ global publishers, improving the Finance team’s productivity by 30%.
• Launched onboarding and financial statements portal for Brazil-based publishers, working across Audible and Amazon engineering and product teams to build streamlined onboarding. Portal helped avoid annual compliance costs and created the foundation for future LATAM expansion.
• Defined the creator reporting & analytics product strategy, drove roadmap alignment with the Chief Content, Chief Product, and Chief Financial Officer and their respective teams, synthesized actionable product requirements for 2022-2024 initiatives (sales overview enhancements and listening metrics), and developed customer satisfaction and product usage metrics to determine launch success criteria.
