Accord is a platform that drives execution excellence across B2B Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, etc.

Built core and innovative functionality in the platform including Stakeholder Map (interactive Org Chart), Content Management System (CMS), Execution Criteria, and Intelligent Stakeholder Recommendations. Also developed numerous integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot CRMs.

Led initiative to implement adoption of drag and drop across app.

• Designed and developed web features using React, GraphQL, Redux, and Relay; authored technical design documents and experiment documents; familiar with running A/B tests and analyzing metrics.

• Participated and led the web oncall rotation; regular oncall responsibilities included daily deploys, triaging errors and bugs, and responding to urgent pages. Lead responsibilities include onboarding new folks, preparing quarterly Oncall All-Hands, and implementing improvements based on feedback.

• Interviewed hiring candidates, from engineering managers to frontend/full-stack engineers and designers.

• As Tech Lead, participated in roadmap planning, cross-functional discussions, and mentoring teammates

(including a formal apprentice for 1 year). Taught new hire courses in Responsive Web and Accessibility.
