• Partnered with cross functional teams across Global Business Marketing to successfully deliver a multitude of marketing initiatives servicing the small business audience. Managed our teams Covid Response Hub reaching 21M visitors and launching it in under 3 days.
• Program managed the creation of our Small Business Grants Program hub, working with marketers, designers and web developers reaching 10.8M visitors and delivering $6.3M in grants for over 3,000 businesses.
• Strategically coordinated and directed the execution of a pilot racial justice program for our company, supporting Black-owned small business and their communities reaching 88.9M total views. Worked with 121 partners across Consumer Marketing, Product, Shopping, Social, Web, Creative and Engineering
• Led a team of marketing project managers – consistently mentoring, removing blockers and creating opportunity for growth and career development.
• Developed guidelines and principles for our operation team, establishing ways of working, communications methodologies and project management tools that allowed us to move fast and deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Managed a $50M+ dollar project, creating a process for financial reporting, oversight and organization. Templatized financial reporting to meet leadership priorities and needs.
• Built and maintained cross-functional relationships with partners across legal, sourcing, marketing, design, localization and web development to name a few.
• Established an strategic partnership with our staffing vendor, creating onboarding, training and feedback efficiencies.

• Pioneered a customer engagement platform for Jabil’s first Global Innovation Center to service a portfolio of Fortune 500 customers, working closely with a variety of different personal across Operations, Creative Agencies, Marketing, Engineering and Media.

• Partnered with senior leadership to develop marketing and sales communication strategies to effectively message new acquisitions and partnerships for Jabil.
