In my role as the Global Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging Senior Program Manager at PayPal, I engaged cross-functional teams to develop and launch inclusive products at scale. I served as a the DIE&B lead consultant for 3 senior leadership teams, responsible for two-thirds of PayPal's technical teams. Additionally, I co-founded 3 inclusive leadership learning pathways, improving employee belonging with a 95%+ approval rate from 26,000+ employees worldwide.
