GenAI features & AI Agent for marketing

• Led design of the Fleet Service Customer Portal from zero to one–providing fleet managers with a suite of tools and information to manage and monitor vehicle service.

• Initiated and led product vision exercises with senior product leadership–identified gaps between existing experiences and an ideal state through quant, qual, market, and competitive analysis. Plotted potential milestones, cross-functional resource dependencies, and other relevant information for path-forward planning.

• Researched and designed numerous solutions within Rivian's Service team such as the Service Dashboard, Scheduler, Field Action (Recall) Dashboard, Mobile app, and others.

• Led the initiative to create an email design system which increases productivity for design and implementation tremendously.

• Onboarded new designers and provided ongoing mentorship.

As a Product Designer on the Sell-side Customer Growth team, I worked on projects to guide as many as possible of the homeowners on our platform towards becoming a customer of the selling product that is right for them. My projects include but not limited to:

• Free Home Valuation Analysis request flow

• Redfin iOS App "My Home" screen

• Video Open House

• Seller Hub

As a Product Designer at RedfinNow, a service providing cash offers to purchase houses from homeowners, I designed our consumer and internal products from end to end, including requirements, UX flow, wireframes, high-fidelity visual design, prototypes, usability testings, and iterations. My primary projects include:

• Multiple Internal Tools for RedfinNow agents and administrators to create offers for homes, manage deals, check progress and manage loans.

• The first version of Direct Access that allows home buyers to request entry codes via SMS to get in homes and tour on their own.
