• Designed and architected services for managing the life cycle of AWS MP listings, including archiving, cleaning up and restoring assets for Server Products (Containers, AMI and ML), saving storage costs of $5M/year

• Built and designed a new variable payment service focusing on async flows, CDC and notification platforms

• Built common configuration capabilities leveraging AWS AppConfig, streamlining future development efforts and saving weeks of engineering time for subsequent projects

• Enhanced team efficiency and operational excellence by building AI automation tools, automating deployment pipelines, defining on-call SOPs, improving CI/CD processes and mentoring engineers

As a series A startup, Bitwave encountered financial issues and cut down about 50% of the company, including all new employees. I took the time to strengthen my k8s and distributed architecture skills and find my best opportunity as a new immigrant in the US.

Industry AI and Financial Services

• Part of the founding team of Cloud for Financial Services and Industry AI, building high-end solutions for banks such as HSBC, Bank of Queensland, and others, onboarding and mentoring Devs and PMs

• Designed and built the backend systems for Customer Intelligence and Intelligent Appointments, which enable customers to leverage their data with AI models, securing actions for customers and getting insights for bankers, leveraging customers needs

• Built and leveraged OpenAI LLM capabilities to build industry clouds first GenAI solutions

• Built the organization telemetry services, on-call monitoring and diagnosis, using .NET, C#, React, Kusto and KQL. This shortened our resolution time, allowing every team member to support our customers smoothly and efficiently and gain insights for our product usage

• Created CI/CD pipelines, built UI components (React) and designed initial data models

Azure SQL defender

• Design and implement security alert information protocols for Azure threat detection resources using XEvent sessions in C#

• Implement UI interfaces for security alert configuration on Azure threat detection using TypeScript, Powershell and REST API
