• optimization of a large-scale recommender system to connect homebuyers and sellers to agents

• workflow automation for tasks processed through client's call center

• interfaces with Twilio services for automation of phone and messaging tasks

(Freelance, part-time outside of full time work) Invented and managed a novel analysis algorithm for predicting outcomes of sporting events, which benchmarked among industry leaders for American football, such as ESPN's FPI. Developed software to automate data collection, processing, and online publication.
