• Wrote scripts to parse application data to analyze user behavior, created visualizations, and presented key insights to incubator head, Mark Leibowitz.

• Created a new data pipeline for all Health Tech products. This included writing the API for loading Google Analytics reports, designing tables on PostgreSQL, as well as cleaning data. This provided pivotal cross-product analysis and streamlined all data collection for the entire incubator.

• Implemented several machine learning algorithms to segment and analyze users based on customer lifetime value.

• Developed testing with the engineering team and VP/Global Head of Product, Dana Underwood, based on the findings of these clustering algorithms for implementation in subsequent releases.

• Engineered a recommender system to suggest successful pain treatments for patients.

• Created an automatic change request application for Business Analysts and Product Managers with user documentation and test scripts, as well as lead trainings for business users.

• Participated in weekly Scrum Planning and Backlog Grooming sessions for various Johnson & Johnson financial applications.

• Provided enhancements to Business Analyst tools such as JIRA and CaseComplete, including writing user stories and data cleansing.
