• Design and implement REST services for payments reporting focused on improving external client integrations

• Create operational tools for diagnosing data inconsistencies and development/production payment transaction testing

• Identified and implemented missing functionality in applications needed to support new business transactions, including development, testing, and production support of features

• Provided training and documentation for team members on how to support message queue applications and quickly troubleshoot unknown issues to maintain application availability/SLAs

• Improved performance of critical batches by fixing race conditions among compute jobs and application sessions, SQL query tuning, and creating more detailed logging for failures

• Improved SQL inventory reports, helping managers prioritize tasks based on dollar/inventory impact and providing more visibility into company’s inventory health
