Developed the Service Portal Windows high contrast theme along with their new Viridian La Jolla theme using SCSS to make the Service Portal colors fully accessible even when users toggle to high contrast mode in Windows. Experienced joys and wonders of a speedy feedback loop from the test and design teams to quickly implement designs to specification. Made heavy use of ServiceNow iron dome instances to communicate, demonstrate, and iterate new themes.
