PlayersOnly is a sports social network focused on athletes — where athletes around the world come build professional profiles, connect and promote themselves to recruits, schools, and teams.

• Maintained CRM webapp built using a combination of React, C#, VB and SQL.

• Started working in the Contacts API developing new REST endpoints to support new mobile app features.

• Took over UI/UX/Design duties for the CRM Mobile App. Improved white label build process time by 50%

• Served as lead developer with an offshore team on UI/UX initiative for modernizing legacy CRM web app.

• Workhorse on the front-end following airbnb coding standards. Implemented design mock-ups for a hybrid app utilizing React/React Native/Redux while consuming a REST API.

• Took charge as lead front-end engineer for a CRM Mobile initiative (4 months in), helping guide development with a team of 10+ members in an agile environment from infant stages to submission on both the App and Google Play Store.

• Contributed in developing infrastructure for CRM Mobile app to be a white-label product.

• Assisted, created and led the development/improvement of several applications ranging from ecommerce, enterprise and mobile utilizing responsive design techniques.

• Conducted several developer sessions to teach best practices/new things being implemented as well as worked 1-on-1 with entry level developers to help them get a better understanding of the system.
