Facilitated the integration of the Oculus Developer Hub, implementing five key strategies—monetization, pricing, A/B testing,
subscriptions, and promotions—while successfully incorporating thousands of 2D applications to enhance developer and user
engagement.
● Led cross-functional collaboration to successfully launch the Oculus Open Store program for the annual Connect 2024 conference,
ensuring seamless alignment across engineering, marketing, and product teams.
● Managed the integration of 2D apps into the Oculus platform, expanding functionality and enhancing the user experience within
the Oculus app ecosystem.
● Steered cross-disciplinary teams of researchers, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver user-facing applications, tracking
tasks, and manage dependencies across groups
● Managed the cross screens program for Horizons World VR platform working cross functionally across all the major teams to bring
Horizon World to desktop and ensured all requirements met legal, compliance, and privacy protocols.
● Conducted company wide weekly playtests and bug bashes and acted as a scrum master to prioritize bugs for the dev team
● Facilitiated all the cross screens weekly team meetings to ensure the program is on track and all the teams essentially burn down
all the high priority bugs by program launch.
● Built and managed dashboards for tracking product and product pillar's status and velocity and collaborated with Product, TPM,
Design and Engineering to develop and drive reliable execution plan for Horizon World’s cross screens launch.

● Notably, spearheaded the successful launch of 5 key features, such as the package detection feature for all Ring Doorbells utilziing
ML, Indoor Cam, custom motion detection alerts by training the AI/ML algorithm, overall motion detection improvements by AI/ML
algorithm enhancements, geofencing for security cameras, and seamless smart home integration into the Ring app.
● As a proactive Scrum master for the development team, expertly managed ticket triaging and workback schedules aligned with the
product roadmap, ensuring the seamless integration of P0 and P1 features into the final product.
● Successfully launched a new Indoor Cam, within 8 months from prototype to launch, the product sold 1 million units in the first 3
months and reached 4.5/5 stars on Amazon.com within one month of launch. To date, the product has grossed $300 million in
sales.

● Oversaw the entire HW/SW program lifecycle for AR/VR consumer hardware, from conceptualization to market launch,
encompassing iOS, Android, and Oculus applications. Spearheaded the definition of essential features, while fostering
cross-functional collaboration and managing the UAT processes. Used Airtable for product lifecycle management..
● Successfully executed the product roadmap, ensuring the achievement of Product-Market Fit (PMF) by addressing key pain points
of end-users through rigorous UAT acceptance.
● Owned the device management end to end: RMA, returns, device allocation process, tracker documents and systems across AR
and VR devices for XR Tech and coordinated across all work streams
● Defined, documented, implemented and coordinated across XRT work-streams on aggregating device needs and delivery (across
different locations and sites)
● Directed the consumer hardware manufacturing program in partnership with a Tier 1 global supplier, guiding it from inception to
launch, and continuously driving product iterations.
● Championed user research initiatives to derive actionable insights and data-driven decisions, instrumental in feature prioritization
during the product development phase. Skillfully manage team API/SDK versioning and releases to external developers.
