I own and scale BILL’s Card Payment Experience portfolio for Accounts Payable Direct and Accounting customers across SMB through large enterprise segments, driving sustained double-digit growth in Total Payment Volume (TPV) and unit adoption. This growth directly fuels increased card spend penetration at BILL, positioning our products as critical drivers of business impact and customer value. My leadership spans launching and optimizing innovative payment solutions that enable customers to efficiently pay suppliers using a blend of issuer cards, virtual cards, ACH, and other disbursement methods, while consistently elevating speed, security, and convenience.
Central to the portfolio’s success is the expansion of a fast, fee-free virtual card end-to-end payment experience that offers customers flexible funding options—including ACH, BILL Balance, and BILL Cash Accounts—streamlining operations and enhancing supplier engagement. Complementing this, I lead the strategic expansion of BILL’s Corporate Charge Card, which uniquely integrates virtual card rewards with a tailored short-term credit line for the Accounts Payable use cases. This product empowers businesses to optimize cash flow while capturing rewards across key spend categories like supplier & utilities payments, discretionary & ad-hoc spends, travel and SaaS subscriptions, reinforcing long-term customer retention and financial agility.
