Heading multiple scrum teams for directing end-to-end software development activities including requirement gathering, coding, design, testing, development and deployment / implementation

• Responsibilities include: planning and conducting initial project meetings, defined project scope, tracked/managed projects to successful completion within timeframe, meeting/demo with stakeholders/UX designers after completion of project and provide a11y training to team/ developers.

• Details study of the BRD (Build Requirement Document) document, Software Requirement Specification and wireframe document.

• Holding status update meeting and daily stand-up call and weekly call (Agile) with relevant stakeholders.

• Performed Functional & Accessibility testing using Jaws & Chromevox tool using guideline (WCAG 2.0, Section 508 compliance).

• Validating accessibility issue on Android & IOS device using Voiceover, and Talk-Back.
