Flight Scheduling Optimization System (July 2016 – Sept 2017)

• Managed a team of 16 members located in U.S., India, and Armenia to design, develop and deliver flight scheduling optimization system for Southwest Airlines.

• Planned, directed and oversaw the entire Agile software development process.

• Worked closely with Product Owner to develop short and long-term strategies.

• Visited SWA regularly to manage business expectations and kept businesses aligned.

• Provided regular feedback to team members, coached and motived team to excel their performance levels and career development.

• Participated in the hiring process and on-boarding new team members.

• Directed technical design, coding, testing and communication across teams for a timely delivery.

• Hands-on development of data access layer using .Net framework and relational database stack.
