* Educate and evangelize providers about Google Local Services and how it fits in their online advertising profile.
* Manage the background checks and integration into Google system of Small and Medium Business customers.
* Follow up and motivate vendors to ensure they finish the process, esp. those not tech-savvy.
* Train recruiters about onboarding process to improve quality of provider recruitment, balance workload between teams and shorten the turnaround time for a provider be on Google Local Services.
* Mentor new team members.
* Handle multiple priorities at once with great successes: significant improve quality of leads from recruitment while continue to onboard the most providers onto Google Local Services.
* Act as conduit between onboarding team and recruitment vendors: handle escalations from vendors and hold office hours for questions, concerns and improvement suggestions.
