• Conducting Genchi Genbutsu (“go and see” investigations on the production floor to evaluate kaizen (continuous improvement) requests and production issues.

• Supporting mechanical design changes using Creo

• Assisting in lab, line, and vehicle function testing, including operating trucks

• Technical design reviews for applicable projects.

• Led a class of 21 students along with an additional lab TA in a lab setting based on Physics 1 principles.

• Performed demonstrations and explanations on Physics 1 principles, by guiding students through their lab sessions.

• Answered questions on physics principles to aid students and guide in the right direction.

• Design a rules compliant frame for the 2025 SAE EV competition, this was designed and manufactured from July 2024-

March 2025.

• Delegated tasks to the 8 members on the frame team and ensuring Gantt Chart is completed in a timely manner.

• Developed every part using SolidWorks, once Parts have been designed and analyzed to meet SAE standards and be rules

compliant.
