• Developed a tool (using Python and SikuliX) for Marriott associates to streamline their

data-entry processes.

• Wrote additional javascript and Python scripts as needed to expedite work processes for

coworkers and otherwise automate lengthier tasks (estimated ~300 hours saved through

automation).

• Provided IT support as needed to members of the A&C, procurement, global design, and

other teams. Otherwise applied technical skills as a resource to associates whenever

possible.

• Refined Marriott’s user provisioning and access-granting processes, including

documenting ongoing system issues.
