• Lead and deliver multiple data center infrastructure projects involving network deployments, hardware refreshes, capacity upgrades, and operational improvements across Meta POPs.

• Create and manage project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and milestones to ensure alignment with engineering and capacity teams.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including network engineering, facilities, cabling, server ops, logistics, and Smart Hands technicians to ensure project readiness and seamless execution.

• Manage full lifecycle deployment activities: rack/stack, cabling, hardware installations, circuit turn-ups, testing, validation, and handover to operations.

• Conduct risk assessments, identify dependencies, mitigate issues, and maintain RAID logs to protect timeline and budget integrity.

• Oversee Smart Hands field operations for network/server troubleshooting, maintenance tasks, migrations, and emergency response.

• Ensure compliance with hyperscale data center standards for power distribution, cooling, hardware layout, cable management, security, and redundancy planning.

• Implement process improvements that increased deployment efficiency, reduced downtime, and enhanced communication between engineering and field teams.

• Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, documentation, and timely deliverables.

• Provide weekly status reports, KPIs, and executive-level updates on project progress, blockers, and risks.

Purchase merchandise for customer orders from various vendors

Create and edit purchase orders within QuickBooks purchasing system.

Communicate with vendors to request and/or negotiate price quotes as directed.
