In my role as Senior Digital Designer at Frontier Communications, I lead UX and UI initiatives to enhance digital products. I’ve designed and launched a new Digital Cart in Figma, generating 6,000 orders, and optimized the WiFi Registration process, driving 79,000 sign-ups with a 20% quarterly increase. I also redesigned the password reset flow across web and mobile, and led user research and prototyping for a new speed upgrade experience.

As the design Director of Sendit.money, my responsibilities included oversight of design decisions, the evolution of the user experience and insight gathering via user testing. I was also be responsible for the executive overlap between sendit.money and Afrifund.

Drone based surveyance of roofs ahead of solar instillation - This involved preparation of flight maps & gaining clearance to fly, safety preparation & observation, equipment maintenance, automated flight and manual flight.

Afrifund is a Govtech mobile platform that is focused on enabling smartphone users in Africa to be the authors of the change they want to see in their communities.

Designed and supported the launch of a major DIY platform for the UK & French market.
