Most recently building Rippling AI ✨ for Payroll

Previously, was the sole Payroll engineer scaling Rippling's Standard Payroll (EOR) platform from 10 to 80+ countries, growing product revenue from under $5M to over $30M. Led the launch of two new product lines — Standard GP (third-party payroll) and Contractor of Record (COR). Earlier work included building garnishments and generic calculation frameworks in Global Payroll and re-architecting core payroll orchestration flows to address major customer pain points.

Helped build a suite of full-stack web and mobile dynamic marketplace products with a focus on recommendations, search, discovery, and auctioning/bidding. Also built several internal tools which were widely used to support marketplace operations.

The critical pages I built and owned were featured on Flexport founder Ryan Petersen's relaunch post of the Convoy Marketplace.

Led a class of around 20 students once a week, held regular office hours, and handled administrative duties such as grading exams, giving feedback, and creating study materials and slides.

Helping to develop and support the largest collegiate hackathon in the Pacific Northwest. Built the DubHacks 2019 application form app from Quill which handled collecting and organizing thousands of hackathon applicants.
