As a Contract Product Designer, lead research interviews with users to create enhancements and experiences for mobile and other digital

devices, responsible for creating journey flows, components, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, and user interfaces that optimize user interaction and

experience. Lead efforts on testing activities and incorporate findings to develop visual/interactive solutions. Provide day-to-day support to product

teams. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

As a Full-Time Lead UX Designer, responsible for leading user experience design processes to develop interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience. Support the teams testing activities and incorporate behavioral and data findings to develop better user experiences. Conduct, and lead day-to-day UX sprints and other ceremonies and support collaboration with other cross functional teams.

• Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, prototypes and other artifacts to align on problems and solutions • Define visual elements, product elements and overall design • Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications • Evaluate and set best practices and standards • Share artifacts with team members and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback as appropriate • Stay up to date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends in order to incorporate them into the design process • Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis • Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI. Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications • Work closely with developers to see designs reflected in deployment/development • Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization business goals
