Manager of software practices and competency for Schlumberger's Geophysics Technology Center (GTC), ~150 engineers spanning Houston, Gatwick, and Mumbai. I am responsible for ensuring quality software by empowering our team's software process and continuous training.

• Drove the successful adoption of agile practices across the technology center (~150 engineers) leading to continuous delivery of new features (from the previous biannual waterfall release)

• Built dashboards to identify bottlenecks in delivering tickets, leading to a 30% improvement in delivery lead time
