• prioritized the 12 month roadmap both with the team and cross functionally with sales, support, and customer success
• led contract engineers through the design and development of the Mixpanel iOS app, rated 4.5+ stars on the App Store
• built two new reporting products leveraging propensity modeling, pivotal to closing several crucial enterprise deals
• developed a new alerting product helping Mixpanel's customers stay up to date on their metrics, including ML-driven anomaly detection, guiding the project from initial concept through full implementation, adapting to customer feedback along the way
• successfully deprecated Mixpanel's most popular report by ensuring its replacement was up to par, smoothly transitioning customers from the old to new product, and managing customer communication throughout the process
