Led design for complex enterprise cloud initiatives, including the FedRAMP compliance program—a cross-org priority supporting secure government deployments. Championed platform thinking and scaled the Trusted Change system to build customer trust during continuous product delivery. Mentored and hired designers across teams, contributing to a scalable, high-functioning design culture.
