I was one of the key developers of WAimat Suite (http://www.waimat.com) of software products, where I implemented advanced constitutive models to simulate fracture and damage in materials. I was the lead developer of the WAimc2 module, a software tool used to calibrate material models to experimental data.

I also developed QUBE, a software tool developed under an Office of Naval Research STTR to aid in screening for shock qualification of ship-board equipment. The tool uses statistical methods to estimate both a probability of qualification (or inversely, failure) and confidence bounds on the estimate, based on database(s) of previous qualification tests.

Lecturer for the graduate course "Design of Structures to Resist Extreme Loads – Multi-Hazard Consideration" in the Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics department. Taught class on structural reliability and multi-hazard design of structures.
