Successfully completed a contract position to lead product design for multiple initiatives across the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, including Compass SMS and Automation.
• Initiated and maintained beneficial collaboration with cross functional stakeholders from across the company, including development teams, product owners, UX researchers, and executive leadership to quickly and effectively design and deliver products that created value for more than 20,000 real estate agents.
• Designed and oversaw the development of Compass SMS, which brought core functionality to the CRM and enabled real estate agents to communicate by the commonly preferred method of text.
• Enhanced workflows for Automation and Tasks, bringing unprecedented power to the CRM tool with features that allowed real estate agents to send mailers automatically on preset time intervals, manage deal pipelines efficiently, and streamline communications.
