At Albertsons Companies, I lead efforts on Account Management, Identity, Sign-in and Registration, Vine & Cellar (ACI’s D2C Wine brand), and internal Associate App.

Continuing my work at Sally Beauty Holdings and extending my UX expertise to help improve and optimize and design new experiences for the B2B focused Beauty Systems Group portfolio including Cosmo Prof.

At Sogeti, I work with Sally Beauty's Product Team to optimize their e-commerce experience. I create and design optimized key areas including Product Listing Pages (PLPs), Product Detail Pages (PDPs), Bag, Rewards, Login, Checkout, and more.

I've also helped to design and launch new features on the site such as Same Day Delivery as well as new initiatives on the future roadmap!

I am also in charge of designing and optimizing UX for the implementation of new features.

From Sep. 2018 to Nov. 2018, pitched the company weekly to NYC Media Lab’s XR Startup Bootcamp accelerator cohort and defended company decisions based on an evidence-based approach to building a startup. Conducted over 100 user interviews to inform product-market fit, synthesized research, and adjusted business model accordingly. Developed investor pitch and presented to over 300 potential investors and partners during NYC Media Lab’s Exploring Future Reality conference and demo day. Developed Game Demo that receives consistently high praise from game enthusiasts attending game expos.

Worked with Emeritus and Regine Gilbert to provide Subject Matter Expert support in developing and reviewing the curriculum for the Foundations of UX and XR Design certificate class.
