Optimized aerodynamic and aeromechanic design of fan blades for potential use in Boeing's New Midsize Airplane (NMA) program. Ensured sufficient aerodynamic performance and efficiency at multiple fight conditions as well as ample flutter margin against engine operation points. Benchmarked composite layup against hollow titanium to determine the most competitive fan architecture for Boeing.
